Be respectful of the Knead Oasis space. We treat every client with kindness and compassion as if they are family so we expect that same in return.

What To Expect

New Clients: Be prepared to complete an intake form and a consent form. (Clients under 18yrs require a guardian 18yrs or older to complete the intake and consent form.)
A massage therapist will greet you and take you to a private room when you will be asked questions regarding your medical history, areas of pain/discomfort, areas to be focused on, and any areas you want avoided.
Be prepared to remove all clothing to your comfort level. (Please remember to remove any jewelry and silence your cell phone.)
During the massage, your therapist will ask about the pressure being applied. (Do not hesitate to tell your therapist to increase or decrease pressure.)
At the end of the massage, you will meet your therapist in the waiting area where payment will be taken (if it was not completed through online booking.)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations MUST be made 24 hrs PRIOR to your scheduled appointment.
