General Rules

  • Be respectful of the Knead Oasis Massage Therapists. We treat every client with kindness and compassion as if they are family so we expect that same in return. 

What To Expect

  • New Clients: Be prepared to complete an intake form and a consent form ONLINE. (Will be provided via email upon appointment confirmation) (Clients under 18yrs require a guardian 18yrs or older to complete the intake and consent form and be present for the entirety of the massage treatment.)
  • A massage therapist will arrive with a massage table (if client does not have one) and necessary equipment to provide the desired treatment. A quick summary of your medical history, areas of pain/discomfort, areas to be focused on, and any areas you want avoided will be discussed.
  • Be prepared to remove all clothing to your comfort level. (Please remember to remove any jewelry and silence your cell phone.)
  • During the massage, your therapist will ask about the pressure being applied. (Do not hesitate to tell your therapist to increase or decrease pressure.)
  • Payments accepted will be credit card only online upon booking! (Cash tips are strongly encouraged for your Licensed Massage Therapist)

Confirmation Policy

  • All clients will receive a confirmation text either the DAY PRIOR or DAY OFF their scheduled appointment.
  • Appointment confirmation must be completed at least 3 hours PRIOR to the scheduled appointment.
  • ANY appointment not confirmed will be subject to automatic cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations MUST be made 24 hrs PRIOR to your scheduled appointment.
